If this is you, then join one of our Healthy Backs 4 Life classes – these are Pilates-based classes, but specifically designed for those clients who have chronic long-term low back pain.  They are designed for YOU and run by teachers who specialise in back care so you know that you are in safe hands!

Main Areas we work on with a client with Low Back Pain:

  1. Neutral Spine – so a client can use this in everyday life
  2. Hip mobility – vital for back health and usually very stiff in clients with LBP
  3. Thoracic Mobility – as above
  4. Core – including the Glutes!

We combine this with simple but very effective advice concerning Hydration & Nutrition – the results are great!

About Healthy Back 4 Life Classes

  • Small group classes (max 10 clients)

When we have Healthy Backs 4 Life classes:

  • Tuesday, 1.15 to 2.15pm
  • Tuesday 2.30 to 3.30pm
  • Thursday 11.30 to 12.30
