I mix in all sorts of groups: business groups, pilates groups, mindset and hypnotherapy groups, entrepreneurial groups and everybody is looking for the same thing – CHANGE.

They are looking to improve their movement, become stronger, more flexible and be in less pain through doing Pilates.  Some are looking to lose weight, become more confident, have less anxiety, to truly enjoy their lives through Rapid Transformational Therapy and Life Rethink. Others are wanting to be more successful in business, make more money, attract more clients through coaching, workshops and support groups.  Whatever it is, people are looking for change!

Now, I meet so many people who have been on course after course, joined weight loss groups, personal development groups, had coaching, joined a gym, tried Pilates (not mine :-)), but haven’t FELT or seen any change in their lives………yet they keep doing the same thing?

So, this is a little reminder to look at your life – what is it that you want to change? What are you doing to make that change and most importantly, is it working for you?

If it is quite simple (I don’t like complicated), you will FEEL the difference in your life, your life will change.  If it doesn’t, then it’s safe to say it is not working for you.  Isn’t it time that you made a change that does work for you – not for someone else, but for YOU?

Those of you who are Pilates clients will realise that I’m always changing how I teach – trying new ideas, new ways – so that you can get the best results for you, so that you can FEEL the difference in your life. As we close for a few weeks over summer, so many clients tell me the difference that Pilates is making to their lives and that is when I know I’m doing my absolute best for my lovely clients.

It is the same though in any area of your life: I have been working with lots of weight loss clients, classic Yo-Yo dieters, who have in the past done the same thing over and over again. They diet, lose weight and then pile it all back on, why?  Because they have not changed anything. The beauty of RTT which is the basis of Life Rethink, is that we do change your beliefs, the ones that keep you from changing.  Once those are changed, you change!  Works exactly the same way for business issues like public speaking, clarity, confidence or any other addictions, anxiety and depression.

So, if you are doing something and NOT FEELING or SEEING your life change, then surely it’s time to try something different?
