Ready to improve your strength, core and flexibility?  Then join us at Balance Studio in Newark for our 6 week Beginner Pilates course.  This is a great way to try Pilates and feel the benefits for yourself.  The course price also includes our beginner Pilates manual so you can continue your practice at home.

Whether you’re new to Pilates (perhaps a medical professional has recommended you take it up) or it’s been a while and you’re ready to return, our six-week course is a chance for you to experience Pilates taught by a clinically trained, dedicated, passionate teacher.
