March’s Wellbeing Wednesday session is an introduction to plant medicine with Jules Weldon, who completed a 4 year degree in Herbal Medicine at Lincoln University in 2011.

Reclaim the power to help yourself and your family with some simple kitchen herbalism – find out how to use common garden and hedgerow plants to boost your family’s health and wellbeing.

Jules will share a wealth of information about harvesting, preparing and making your own remedies, from a Spring Tonic Soup, to sleepy-time tea, nourishing lip salve, sore throat remedies and immune boosting syrups.

She will bring things for you to taste and hopes to inspire you to get creative with Nature’s medicine cabinet.

This will be an interactive and fun session. Please bring your own mug and teaspoon.

To buy your pass that entitles you to attend all sessions (subject to a space being available), visit our online shop.

There may be space for non-passholders to attend at a cost of £10 – please contact me to check availability.
