OK, so after my last post, how many of you decided to put one small change in your lives????
I’m sure many of you read it, thought that’s a great idea and then promptly put it to one side! Sorry, but that’s just not going to work :(. Having the knowledge is great, but, if we don’t put into practice what we have learnt, then you will remain in exactly the same place – nothing will have changed. You will find yourself still moaning about the fact that you can’t lose those extra few pounds, you have no energy, your low back pain is still there, you’re always tired, you have no money etc etc.
Remember you are in charge of your own life, only you can make those changes and only you can stick to it! Empower yourself – it feels great! Make a promise to yourself and stick to it, your self esteem will increase, taking that one small step and achieving it – gives you control back, it will make you feel so good.
Go on try it – 3 weeks every single day and see how you feel??
