As promised, we are rolling out a programme of weekly classes for you to join from 30th March. You are welcome to join as many of the classes at your appropriate level as you would like.  Though note, we have a limit of 25 virtual attendees at any one time.

If you are Improver/Intermediate level, you have a choice of classes at 9am or 10.15am on Mondays, 9am on Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus 6.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you are Beginner/Improver level, you have a choice of classes on Mondays at 1pm / 6.30pm or Wednesdays at 10.15am.  If you are in our Healthy Backs for Life you have a class at 11.30am on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  

And we have two relaxation classes suitable for all levels – Yoga Nidra with Philippa on Tuesdays at 8am and Mindful Movement and relaxation with Pippa on Thursdays at 10.15.  We also have a free taster session of Kundalini Yoga on Wednesday 1st April at 7pm. If you decide to join these classes please remember to have a blanket and cushions to hand.
