Paleo Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/3 cup Flax seed meal (Get from any health food shop try H&B)
  • 2/3 Almond flour (Ground almonds)
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Beat eggs, add olive oil & beat.
  2. Mix flax + almond flour +baking powder+salt & pepper add wet ingredients + small amount of water (approx 2 tablespoons)
  3. Put in a loaf tin – already greased with coconut oil & bake for 30 mins @ 175 – yummy 🙂
