Paleo Bread
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/3 cup Flax seed meal (Get from any health food shop try H&B)
- 2/3 Almond flour (Ground almonds)
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat eggs, add olive oil & beat.
- Mix flax + almond flour +baking powder+salt & pepper add wet ingredients + small amount of water (approx 2 tablespoons)
- Put in a loaf tin – already greased with coconut oil & bake for 30 mins @ 175 – yummy 🙂
